OK I know this review is overdue but - Klaudia is magic! I specifically want to review the Nervous System Reset Facial: something I splurge for occasionally when my life, soul and body needs the reset. And this DOES it, more than a massage or a spa day ever will (maybe even therapy). In two and a half hours Klaudia makes you feel heard, cared for, understood - while also resetting your skin and body. I always walk out of these sessions feeling a little bit dazed! Please please please - splurge for the full reset facial, try it at least once. It will be the best money you've ever spent.

Another reason I love seeing Klaudia since she always provides custom advice (lifestyle, nutrition, skincare) for my needs at that point of time after looking at my skin and talking with me. If you're lucky, she'll have some of her homemade skincare on hand (I've bought the toner and the serum - made with local flowers and herbs from her garden), but she has the best recommendations as well. With her help I've completely redesigned my skincare routine and I swear it's made my skin age backwards....more

I suffer from painful hormonal acne breakouts, am a mindless stress picker, and my skin scars and pigments easily. I also suffer from hyperpigmentation from minimal sun exposure. I spent years changing my diet which helped my acne immensely but was looking for help clearing my scarring, pigmentation, and occasional breakouts when I found Klaudia. She was able to identify my type of skin and educated me about simplifying my skincare routine and what I was doing that exacerbated these issues. She also imbedded the necessity of wearing a hat outdoors, all the time!!!

She uses gentle products and I always leave her practice feeling like my skin is fully nourished and renewed. She always asks questions and forms her treatments around what my skin needs at the moment. She cares and always follows up post-treatment to check on my skin.

Okay, so let me tell you about Klaudia. I first met her when she was working at Pono Boutique, and I was so impressed that I've been following her ever since she ventured out on her own to start Romani Roots. As a shy introvert, I tend to feel nervous but she makes me feel right at home. She's not just any esthetician; she is a phenomenal healer who helps your worries melt away. She is knowledgeable, intuitive, and has a rare talent for resetting your nervous system. Her space is warm, comfortable, and zen.

Today, I treated myself to a facial, lash tint, and brow tint. Let me start with the lash tint. I'd never done it before, but Klaudia worked her magic, and my lashes looked beautiful afterward. Then we moved on to my brows. I had gotten them waxed somewhere else the week before, and they were looking a bit patchy. But Klaudia saved the day by fixing them up and making them look better before applying the tint. She nailed the natural look I was going for and I couldn't be happier with the results.

Now, let's talk about the facial. My combination skin is a bit of a diva-- but Klaudia always knows exactly what to do. She was very thorough and attentive. After the facial, she recommended some clinical plant-based products for me and gave me valuable education to take care of my skin going forward. My skin feels a thousand times happier and healthier.

Klaudia isn't just great at what she does; she's also an incredible human being. During our session, we talked about life and I appreciate how she makes me feel seen and heard.
